What is a Breezair evaporative cooling system?

Breezair is an Australian brand that was founded in 1970, which leads the world market in evaporative cooling systems thanks to its innovative and patented technology that allows natural cooling by means of the adiabatic cooling process, which simulates the natural cooling that is generated on coasts and in the banks of lakes through water evaporation.

During the evaporation of water, air experiences a progressive loss of energy, and therefore also loses temperature. The use of evaporative air conditioners is widespread in the warmer areas of the planet, such as in areas of the United States, Australia and the Middle East.

Evaporative climate control is not only ideal for cooling any space, whether residential, commercial or industrial. But it also improves the quality of the environment, due to the constant recirculation of air, and the optimum level of relative humidity, making the environment cleaner and healthier.

What is the problem?

Lower productivity

Heat accumulates in the building and causes a drop in productivity and an evident increase in occupational risks.

Traditional HVAC systems are unfeasible in industrial environments with high ceilings and where it is necessary to work with the doors open.

To cool air with the evaporation of water, only humid filters and a fan are needed to inject fresh and clean air into the building.

Neither pollutant gases nor large installations are required. As well as being much more environment-friendly, they are much more efficient.

How is the air cooled?

Using only water

How is the building cooled?

With a natural process

We inject a large flow of cold air to create an over-pressure in the area to be cooled.

We generate a large number of air renewals per hour, lowering the temperature in the building with open doors and windows.

If the doors and windows cannot be kept open, forced extraction must be installed.

What is its energy consumption?

A 100% sustainable system

Evaporative HVAC systems have a lower consumption than traditional systems; in comparison, they can use up to 80% less energy.

  • One equipment can provide HVAC for an area of up to 250 m2.
  • The water consumption is 150 litres per day per equipment.
  • The consumption of a equipment is 1 kW/h at maximum power

aire limpio y saludable

Safe and healthy environment

It generates an environment free of particles in suspension and maintains the optimum relative humidity.

prevencion ante legionella

Lower energy consumption

Its energy consumption is much lower because it only needs to drive a fan and a water pump. You only need 1kw of electricity to cool 200m2.

climatizacion industrial ahorro energetico

No harmful gases

It does not use harmful gases to cool, it only uses water to slightly humidify the environment.

climatizador evaporativo sin gases nocivos

Clean and fresh environment

Thanks to the recirculation of air, the environment always remains clean and healthy.
